How do I list my space as a wedding venue?

Is my property protected?

Yes, we take your property’s security very seriously. We protect you with up to $2,000,000 in event insurance.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 30% non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining 70% non-refundable sum will be collected 60 days prior to the wedding. If you cancel for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the couple.

What am I responsible for after a wedding is reserved on my property?

After you communicate your intentions with the couple, your involvement from there is as ample or as limited as desired. We recommend you plan to vacate your property on the day of the wedding and allow the couple to handle it from there.

When do I receive payment?

You will receive payment 3 business days after the wedding.

Can I list my space for an event other than a wedding?

We recommend listing exclusively for weddings at this time.

Are the event spaces cleaned?

You are responsible for cleaning the property prior the wedding. You are welcome to build in cleaning fees to your total listing price if you’d prefer to hire a professional.

How is my space cleaned?

You will set your own cleaning fee. To get an estimate on what this fee should be, you can call a local cleaner and get a quote for a deep clean of your property. Schedule this cleaning for the day after the wedding.
